its a pity it wasnt on another weekend cause on the 19th we have a big BBQ for all our customers and ye could have come to that,we give out free drink,food and theres lots of things for the kids too,its always a lovely day with massive crowds

hows about scallopps in creme frais with proper prawns in a white wine and garlick/pepper sauce followed by monkfish wrapped in parma ham on the side...........????????

sorry - but i don't think Sean will be there to show off his culinary skills as the naked chef!!! :shock: He's forgotten we're heading to Rome on the Monday and he's also on call that weekend. Was on call too for the Galway run so we also missed out on that too :(

Looks like lots of bbq' s planned though for the summer (hope we get one!) If you're nice to him though he'll send you the recipe :D
