Paschal wrote:Note comment about guards. What we are proposing is that we break it up a bit with groups of 10/12 cars going off at one time staggered by say 5/10 mins. Full group to meet up at the start, again at the Curragh for a photo opportunity, at Mount Wosley and back at base in Portlaoise. In this regard, I am looking for a number of "leaders" to lead out each group. Myself and Andy will look after 2 groups, anyone else from the area (knowledge of the roads etc) able to help? PM me with details
Paschal, I'm riding shotgun with Steve so we should be able to head a group..assuming that's ok with Steve..also I have a great location on the curragh for the photo stop, easy access and there is a gradient which should enable us to get all the cars into a single shot!! John PS..There is a site just outside of Athy where there is a monument commemorating the Gordon Bennett Rally, it has parking and is roadside..can I suggest this as the 2nd stopping point..It's also known as the Moat of Ardscull....??

Ya unfortunatly it's not ready, we were so close to getting it finished but we just ran out of time, another day or two and it would be finished but I was working today and its abit late now, I'm going mad il miss it, could have brought my white Rs but I'd declared that off the road since the start of the month plus the new front lights aren't wired in yet.
