Any interest in a half day mini meet .
13.00- 16.00 pm before it gets too dark early..

would suggest meeting in Youghal as a half way point
(for ash and steve etc) sometime mid Nov..

The actual run/meet would be open to suggestions .

Hi Folks

Haven't been on the forum for a while. Thanks to Ash for the mail re the run to Youghal. Unfortunately car is out of tax, the NCT just lapsed and I've just garaged it for the winter.

It had major surgery before I put it away out of the weather. Waterpump, thermostat housing and the timing belt. Upgraded the brake lines to the braided stainless ones, kelver plug leads and longer spark plugs while it was in the shop.

I haven't really driven it much since I got it back and wouldn't mind taking on a long spin to see if the upgrades made a real difference. As it stands I won't be making the run but if the weather is anyway good I might try and arrange trade plates for the day.

Later
Mark

Hi Guys.

My knowledge of the East cork area is pretty limited so Ash /Steve etc. would it be possible for a run out to the VEE or similar area within say 13.00-16.00 timeframe??
Anto may be coming along and I am sure he will have his camera
(Ardmore or is it too short )

would it be a good suggestion for this run to finishing up lets say back in youghal or somewhere convienient AKA PUB if need be !!

For Cars coming down from Cork

Sean and myself are Meeting in
KFC little Island Sunday 12.05 am then travelling down to

Yeah we can do youghal to the vee and back down through cappoquin to youghal again. About 1.5 hours driving, 90 odd km. Would give a bit of time for fun at the vee.
Weather dependant of course.
Ardmore isn't much of a spin to be honest (about 10km) and don't know any good roads round there personally.
I'm happy with the vee thing personally. What do you all think?
