Aughris Head Beachbar run

Postby leamyj » Thu, 24 Jun 2010 7:00 +0000

For anyone who has no plans for this weekend ,(June 25/26/27) the roadsterireland guys are heading to Sligo. Feel free to add your name

1..Richie
2..Ivan
3..Stig
4..Ferg (maybe dependant on weather)
5.. susan

The venue is that pub we visited on the trip to Sligo from Lough Key last year, beautiful part of the world.

Camping is the plan, but there would be accomodation available if you do a bit of research.

Wow lovely spot! Stop here lots when going surfing. Lovely little pub, right on the beach over looking Sligo Bay.... Not sure what I'm at this weekend but if heading west I'll be bring a board and that means the mx will be parked.

If people fancy trying surfing while the try "7th Wave" surf school Ger who runs it is a nice guy, he work out of Enniscrone. (Just nice guy who I know, no interest). It could be a nice way to spend a hour or two off the roads.

There are some nice roads here too but I'm sure you guy won't have a problem finding them, just stick to the coast... :)
