Not sure I'd do an overnight this year as I'm coming on my tod but pencil me in if it's just lunch (either 3rd or 10th)

Ok. time to get this firmed up. 10th Dec is the most suitable date, sorry to those who cannot make it. Need to organise the details this week, so can we give this one last push and firm up on numbers

Also can you let me know who will be staying over and I will do a bit of leg work to get the best deals.

Last year we did lunch, this year I am suggesting a later start (6.00 p.m.)
