You might be making it no 12 again, things are getting worse for me and its getting less likely that I'll be able to make it. Won't know for sure till weekend.

Only 238 to go, to beat the record. Does anyone else know another 238 '5' owners who are free next weekend for a 'little' get-together in Galway?

Just thinking guys....would there be ANY chance that we could beat this record as part of the 20 year Anniversary ????

I mean if we rounded up every single mx5 we saw and made an effort to persuade drivers in our LOCAL area to get together......

What do you think ?? Is it worth persuing??
Next question would be where's the venue for this ??

Views ??

John.

Id say you would need a track for that kind of numbers, Maybe mondello as they use mazdas as track cars now and one of the instructors is sometimes on here.
Would be pretty difficult getting that many cars together though i reckon.

I think we should go for it. When is the 20th anniv?
Location would probably be Mondello Park.
Maybe if we turn it into a charity event + write to RTE we can get some Radio & TV coverage which will help us to gather more.
Let's talk in Galway. PS I'll start a new post about this: 'World Record Meet'
