yea i was thinking that in the wet it would be good laugh less speed less risk, I've only been around mondello once in a car would you be carrying a lot of speed i would be looking to fish tail the straight or nothing but drift the bends. handbrake needs adjusting dosnt lock great lol

Ya a meet wud b a gud idea, the owner job is fierce sound so wud probably do us a gud deal for a days drifting. Fair play scallan for heading mondello for ur first drift day, i recon a bit o practice is in order first before i'd chance it meself ha... I'v bin in goldstone 3 times so far and spun out a fair bit, nevr really had any trouble wit run off, its pretty wide really wen u see it... gud place ta pick up de basics... its 50e for de day normally timmy i believe, nd dats for as long as u have tyres nd petrol ta keep u going ha...

if your heading down next month or that drop me a pm ill meet up with you and we go for a slide should have mine out by then for sure nct on 2nd of feb bitts tax then road :)

50 seems ok for the day might do us a deal tho if we got a meet going. I'm not looking to be some d1 driver just have a bit of fun

Ya i did spend a few hours in a farmers yard before mondello but been doing the small bita streeto aswel in the road car. Eh the yard in tullow mite suit either?

ya tullow is a grand spot been there racing a civic i had good open area thats safe, can't beat a bit of streeto any tips for a noob with a lsd

must ask the lads do any the farmers have enough room to diff about

Mind the kerbs and ya should be grand also if ur haveing problems getting the car out up the psi in the rear tires

Skinny wheels on de bck are always gud for getting de arse out handy too, was running 165/70/r14 while i was getting used ta her. Get dat handy sorted nd der'll b no stoppin ya den :D
Kerbs are a bastard tho, folded a lower control arm 1 nite being slightly ovr enthusiastic ha...
Prob will b headin out agn in de nxt 2 weeks r dat, have coilovers coming tomorrow hopefully tho so will b busy dis weekend...

nice one never had a incident with kerbs in any red car I've had thank god

slides in 2nd gear should be fine in the 1.8mk1 led bilstein struts etc i take it

@miata man if I'm able to make it ill join you no problem running 195/50/15 good job on the coil overs fun ahead for you so mate

2nd gear all de way ha... Yep shud b fun, jus need ta do a lil arch persuasion on de bck 1st.
Yep, will prob b heading out bout 2 weeks after agn if u can't make de nxt day, lukin forward ta sliding wit sum fellow 5 owners :D...
