Any experience of this kit or tips for matching a touch up on small chips?
Thanks.

Disappointing Touch Up ColourHi, I've a few minor chips on a 46V red mazda - I've read its a demon of a colour to match but the results from the attached kit fall far short, almost more purple than red.

![]() Re: Disappointing Touch Up ColourIt looks like a genuine Mazda kit so should be better than that. A proper automotive paint centre usually use a tool to get the colour, no idea of the correct name but I think it's called something like a spectrometer . I've got touch up spray cans in the past from B&C PAINTS in Galway that were a very good match, I've also used nail varnish which worked very well, so touch ups are hit and miss and will nearly always be noticeable by whoever did it but maybe not so much by others
Re: Disappointing Touch Up ColourThanks Pops, luckily i tested on an area under the door so not visible.
