Pop up headlights stuck!

Hi all

Been a member here a while but this is my first post as unfortunately i have a problem :(

I have a 1990 eunos roadster

Headlights are stuck up this morning! The light is off but I can't seem to get them back down.

Any advice would be really appreciated

The button on the dash under the emergency flashers button isn't pressed in by any chance is it? ;-)

Did you have your centre console removed anytime recently?

Hmmm... might be the relay..
In the rear right (when looking in from the front) of the engine bay, just inside the "lip" on top of the wing, there is a couple of relays under a black plastic cover. Try tapping them with a screwdriver or similar to see if the lights will move.

Is it both lights - possibly fuse ? If its only one then try the black knob in the engine bay - I think you have to remove the fuse first though
