Anti theft switch

I want to fit a simple hidden switch to disable engine start.Anyone got an idea where to kill the ignition ?.Thanks for any advice

Doubt we can say much on a public forum, but anything that interrupts the ECU or fuel pump is good.

The ECU is under the toe-board in the passenger footwell, and there are lots of options there (ignition +ve, fuel-pump control, etc)

If you're going to Ivan's tech-day we can look at it.

Don't go earthing any wires near the ignition system until you are sure it won't
leave you looking for a new expensive coil pack.
The first thing I was told by the mechanic at the main dealer where I bought my
car was that a number of people had damaged their ignition systems while fitting
diy alarms or immobilisers. He told me this because he knew of the amount of additions I had done to my Spitfire.
You can't always treat modern systems like the simple designs of the 1970's
