Radiator fan,s

Hi Everyone its me again----

Question---when car is has reached correct temperature should the 2 fan,s kick in or just the 1 on the left.
As only 1 is kicking in on my car i read on the manual that the other one got something to do with the air conditioning

Or could it be that the motor has packed in
Any advice gratefully received

1 kicks in and yes, the other serves your AC - shure turn on the AC and get the car hot too to see if it works too.
