Hi

I have a 1998 mk 2 soft top with rear heated window. My question is what is a reasonable price for a new hood and fitting, an where should i go.

These guys do it, but its €1200... http://www.carhoodsireland.ie/Mazda.html

Any advice?

Many thanks

Dave

Hi Dave,

Talk to chargr rs on this forum. He posted prices on a thread for fitting last week but I'm not sure where.

Blimey ! 1100 euro

i charge 350 ish fully fitted for mohair and heated rear glass window

what colour do you want ?

burgandy , tan , dark blue or black ?

in in gilford , co.armagh ,

you drive in and 90 mins later ( provided you have no roll bars) you are driving out with a new hood.

Give Derek Nolan a call http://nolanautocare.ie/soft-tops

They did a new soft top on my Mk.1 before Christmas. It was a special deal at the time €450 fitted. It is factory spec and hasn't let a drop of water in.
