Foglight but no wiring - need to fix for NCT

Hi,

I replaced the back bumper with one that had a foglight where there was not one before (hence no wiring) - and now I have the NCT coming up!

The good news is that I have a foglight switch terminating in the engine bay, and the foglight has wires coming into the boot. However the wiring loom in the boot has no discernible spare cable(s) to attach a foglight to.

I guess the options are a) to remove the foglight & cable or b) to run a cable between the engine bay & the boot. I guess I only need one?

Any ideas how hard option b) would be for an unskilled guy like me?

The job looks reasonably easy so I reckon I'll give it a lash if I can get the cable. Need to find out how to get the cable from boot to engine bay, but I guess I just follow the rear light wiring loom.

Anyone know where I buy a few metres of the right cable for my foglight - or what to ask for?
