I over tightened one of the nuts for the thermostat housing and sheared it off. Anybody know where I can get a replacement and how to get the bit that's stuck out? I was think of some WD40 and a pliers as there is a good chunk sticking out.

vice grips should do it, bring it in with you to a local hardware for a replacement.

yeah, drill it and use an easy-out. If you take the housing off ill do it for you.

If only it was that easy... You need to remove the timing belt to get at the housing, taking it off would be fine, putting it back on would be an issue!
