Have an issue with rear drivers side brake light not working. It's not the bulb as I have replaced it and swapped with the working passenger side bulb. Next step is obviously fuse but there's hardly a fuse specific to driver's side brake light. Or is there? My fuse board is all in Japanese. It's not my strongest language

Check the contacts to the bulb, the wiring connectors going to the bulb , the wires themselves. Continuity has been lost somewhere. Think of it like a water pipe ...................
