Front brace bar

Postby mx5ash » Mon, 10 Mar 2008 8:53 +0000

I'm not selling these but a guy that i know on www.mx5nutz.com/forum makes and sells them occasionally. I got one last year and it tightens up the front end nicely.
They are a under chassis brace bar for mk1 mx5's (best on the 1.6 as the 1.8's have a brace fitted as std near where this one fits). It mounts using existing holes and comes with the nuts and bolts to fit. Comes unpainted.
His price is £20stg plus the postage (which to uk address is £8stg and he will sort out postage to Ireland if there is any interest expect another few quid)
The thread for em is here (inc picture)

If you are interested contact him or if you don't want to sign up to nutz let me know and i'll pass on your details.
I would personnally say that this is one of the best value for money mods i have done to my car.

Do you have one at the back as well Ashley?

I'm working fom memories of Wheeler Dealers here but I'm sure they had front and back ones. I did wonder how much difference they would make.

That's certainly a great price

I do have one at the back as well but if i remember correctly then the jap imports had them as standard.
Well worth considering at that price.
