Mk3 Number plate light assembly

I've a bit of corrosion around one of the number plate lights on my 2006 Mk3 and when trying to get the number plate light off to get at it, broke one of the plastic tabs off.

Would anybody know where I could get a new one without paying a fortune to a Mazda dealer?
