Thermo housing

Postby MX5Spares » Sun, 21 Feb 2016 3:59 +0000

Anyone got the inner section of thermo housing for early 1.6. (the long neck section that bolts to the head and has small T piece off it for hoses).I have few here on good engines , and I have several 1.8 ones (different) but I need early type from mx5 1.6 up to 1993/4.I have the top section with the fan switch attached .I dont want to strip good engine to remove this piece (means timing belt, cam pulleys etc off etc and this only makes nore work for me and customer when buying engine from me.)

Ah sure I'm in Douglas, just a ferry away from Cobh :D
The two little pipes have no surface rust and none of the normal heavy corrosion/breaking/brittle etc, it just needs a little clean up to remove the old gaskets and it's 100% as new.
You already have my number in your mobile Robert but I'll text you it again just to be sure and you can keep the payment in your head as I'll probably get a few parts from you again at some stage :thumright:
