Hello,
New to the site .Thinking of buying an MX...over 20 years for insurance purposes.....
I am looking for something good but not necessarily perfect green, silver colour would be preferable.
Based in Galway county .

Hello Michael try Robert Maguire on here (autocheck) he has mk1 and mk2 for sale from time to time sound lad as well .
Which mk do you think your are after?
Check out the c&c in Galway next sunday in runs and tech days there will be some mx5 men there, me included. wont have mx though not taxed !

Brian --dont let a little thing like tax get in your way! One of the downers in owining a 1.6 or 1.8 , with little use ..crippling tax .If they can be insured as classics why not be taxed likewise ...given that they are only second weekend fun cars for most people (not all).The main car is stiwll taxed and not being used while one is out for a spin in the MX...

I don't think we can actually condone motor tax evasion, sure the country would go down the tubes if we don't pay taxes....oh wait........ :oops: :oops:
