Hello,
I have this suspension kit from mx5parts

Only have about 8000 miles on them,so like new, they come complete with top mounts and new dusts boots ,all assembled ,very simple to fit ,no spring compressers needed.
They lower car 13 mm's, lower than standard but not on the deck, this may not be what your friend is after, is he a pavement scraper?!
I wont be robbing on price ,
