I got it today - but ya know what pisses me off.
The seller wanted £30 postage for posting it to me here from the uk.
I haggled him down to £15 - but when it arrived i noted the postage cost just £9.95 - ARRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH :twisted:

Why cant people be honest with postage and packing on ebay and the like. anyways......
word to the wise here..........watch them in LOCKWOOD international on the postage costs.
going out to the garage to fit it now!

no feedback option - it was one of those emails back to and fro purchases and payment through PP using the email address etc.

However, I dropped him an email noting my displeasure. its just a fiver sterling but if i had to pay the £30lids in sterling, I'd really be pissed off.

£15 isn't that bad really It is postage AND packing, £15 less £9.95 leaves £5.05 for the materials & time to wrap it, label it and then the time to get it to the post. Also a lot of companies/people use the P&P to make there profit as you don't think you pay fees on postage on ebay. I stand to be corrected.

Yeah, but a lot of companies/people using the P&P to make there profit isn't really fair for the purchaser - they should be UPFRONT with their postage. just me 2 cents

No but what i was saying is that some ebayers sell the item cheap and make money on postage to avoid fees. Its ok if you check the postage before bidding and add it on to your final price. Once it gets to my door cheaper than i could have got it else where then all is good.
Also i was trying to point out that p&p isn't just the cost to post it at the post office there are other costs involved.
