Ok, finally I have a bit of time to get working on the car. I have had a nice bar & plate IC sitting on the floor of the office for months now.

I could do with some help on piping, The IC inlet/outlet is 57mm or 2 1/4", would this be a good stating point.

I won't have to worry about AC, so just the PS pump to get past. Is it easier to clock the turbo for a more direct route?

I had planned to ask geese to make a 90 bend for the throttle body with pipes for the ISCV and recirculation valve.

Can the greddy inlet pipe be adapted to take the other side of the recirculation valve?

thanks in advance

its made from cast aluminium.
what do you think of the ebay kit, i am trying to do this on tight budget.

I am off work for the week, planning on removing the AC and hanging the IC and bracket ready for piping.

The 90 to the throttle body would probably be better in stainless.

That's a really good price for the kit. It's about 15euro for one Stainless steel bend.

Cast alu is fine for welding depending how thick it is. 1.58mm is a bit on the thin side but its only to route air.

Ger ask ya man to do you a deal for two kits, I'll get one aswell. I saw some other kits on ebay but they're charging too much on shipping.

Oh check your turbo outlet and the throttle body size. 2.25inch seems a bit odd. AFAIR it's 2" or 2.5".

I will send him a mail, see what he can do on two kits,

My plan is a 2"- 2.25" reducer from the turbo outlet, 2.25" pipe to the IC then 2.25" out of the IC with a 2.25 - 2.5" reducer before the last 2.5" 90 to the throttle body

The turbo outlet is 2" and i think the throttle body is 2.5 but could be 3, when you made the boost pipe what size did you use.

I got the IC on ebay for 68stg +p&p

They are still available here
