need donegal help

i have a miss fire from about idle to 3000rpm on my 93 eunos

and from what i read it is most liklly the coil pack

does anyone have one i could try to see if it is the problem

We have coil packs for sale and it is mostly that as common problem on mx5,s. 086 8226506.Is it running ok when cold and then gets worse as it warms up ??

hey autocheck it is always there warm or cold it just started out of the blue it was running grand then i stoped went into a shop came back out and took of and it was missing

Check your air intake..spark plugs, ht leads.

Only seeing this now. I had a similar problem once after I changed a set of spark plugs. Turned out the leads were not making good contact with the new plugs (they were quite old). Put on a new set of leads and it was fine!
