I tore ligaments in my foot and on crutches cos of my high heels...gotta have a sense of humour!

lol well my Mrs said under Health and Safety she'll take all your high heels.... to add to her 1000 in her own collection!

My medical advice is to keep your ankle elevated...........

I was in my car today, window down, stopped bedside another car with two MORONS in it, one of the looked across and shouted "ha,ha Midlife Crisis!".... I just smiled and replied "Nope, Medic5", then drove off smiling!
