Engine running rich

Postby Aerofoil » Fri, 27 Oct 2017 10:51 +0000

Can anybody recommend a trustworthy garage that can repair the engine on my mk2.5 2004. It won't tick over properly and the last mechanic ripped me off and never made any progress.
I would be grateful for any recommendations.

Hi Steve. I live in Roscommon, about 10 miles north of the town on the N61 Boyle road..

As Robert said above, rear temp sensor (then check O2 sensor and the air intake for leaks post-MAF).
