Had a busy day

Fitted new front grill - not as easy as i though as the spot lights were in the way.

Like the look of it as you can't really see the lights till they are on

Finished my sleepy eye kit and installed it

stuck on my front and rear tow stickers (with racing tow hooks) gonna move the rear one as it doesn't look right, & also fitted the web sticker in the qtr light

Moved the cam filter from the front to mounted directly on the side

Removed the charcoal canister and associated brackets, pipes etc & fitted my new intake pipe

Now need to get on with cleaning the engine bay!!!

Then did an oil change on the toyota!!!

Obviously not a married man if you can get to do all that in one day :lol: :lol: :lol:

(I'm just jealous , I can hardly find time to wash the car.. let alone do any serious jobs on it :cry: )

BTW, cool sunset effect on the pic of the logo 8)

No her indoors took my credit card and went shopping for the day. :lol:
Just finished up as the sun set. Don't let it deceive you though it was a bloody cold day out there.

Looking well ash..........like the lights - are they for daytime running?

and re; the charcoal canister - what purpose do they serve anyways?

Not running lights they are meant to be fogs but they ain't all that bright. Prob get away with em. :wink:
Charcoal canister is to catch unburnt fuel and the emissions from it. They are then recycled back into the engine when it gets warm.
Theres a good 1.5 kg of weight saving to be had by taking them out. :lol:
