elctric widow probelm

hi my window stopped working i took of door card and seen a steel wire broken is it handy fixed the motor still working

Hi Emmet ,its not worth trying to fix the cables etc .Just get another regulator complete with cables and bolt it in.The cable kits are available in Uk for approx 35 pounds plus exchange and delivery.Apparently its too hard to get them working correctly afterwards.This advice comes from a Mazda Mender in Uk and he does not even fit the cables.!!

If it's the original regulator you also run into the potential problem of it failing again later on. I agree with autocheck just replace the whole unit. Is it the passenger window? I had a dodgy one and the window would take forever to go up. Replaced it with a new regulator and it was like a new car. Regs are cheap enough.

Here Emmet are ye on the drink with them there spellin,s "elctric widow probelm."I never seen an electric widow but if she was young enough....

ok thanks lads.. ha no robert i wish i was my laptop went bang other day and im using a little notebook it a cunt to type with i rather full laptop
