MK1 eunos gear nob thread size

i wonder what size MK1 eunos gear nob thread size is??? the size on the shaft that the knob screws on to..... is it m10 X 1.5 or m12 x 1.25??

i have a wooden nardi gear knob and it 22 years old it well worn but the knob has come away from the insert to i cant take it off it just spinning around

so i want to get a new 1 a after market 1

The insert is glued to the knob it became loose so it spins. Give a good pull should come off and then you'll you'll be able to tackle the insert.

i tryed pulling it there its stuck and i seen hole in gear stick looks like a screw was there but it removed so dont no what hole is on

Did you try vice grips? Post a pic for clearer view.

There is probably a short grub screw in that hole. Use an allen key to remove it.

Its m10 x 1.25 afaik. Not sure if theres a grub screw as mine has a pool ball on it.

Does the metal part where little screw was spins with the knob or the wooden bit only? Is the screw missing or its stuck deep inside?

is it a right hand thread?? i getting custom gear knob made for it and it m12 x 1.25 so i have to get a adapter to fit m10

no it just the wooden bit that spins around... and it squeaks to
