Competent alarm fitter required mid-west region

Postby landmarkjohn » Sat, 22 Aug 2015 9:03 +0000

Hi Folks,

Can anyone recommend a good auto electrician to fit a Clifford alarm to a jap import 1998 MK2. I have already bought the new alarm.
Limerick, Mid-West is best but would travel Cork - Galway for the right person. Thanks.

Regards

John

Hi John. There's a crowd in Ennis that do all that work. I had had something done there years ago. I think there name is decibel.. I'm not certain of that though. They are on the Quin road.

If near Galway, give Jeramy in Autoelectricalconcepts.com a bell.

If you're in Cork, call Billy Tobin 087 2545738. He fitted on to mine last week.

Russian guy next to munster parts is known to be one of the best around Limerick. He fitted one to my car. Also, there is a garage on the dock road, near Shannon hotel supplies, know to have good electrician.

And so last night they came for it... ripped out the cowl under steering wheel, broke up the back part of the ignition switch where the contacts are... little springs and ball bearings strewn about the footwell. They didn't manage to take it away for whatever reason. Looking for parts now to repair, any suggestions appreciated.

Yep, heading up tomorrow, if anyone wants bits brought back to Midwest tell Robert to send them down with me.
