Sounds like.. turbo? Is it normal for mk2 1.8?

Mine mk2 just sounds a bit turboed... Ofc its not
This sounds comes up only if irev it hard, sometimes when it drops revs, sounds like pew pew pew... Cant explain sorry.
It sounds normal if i drive on normal revs thought...
And one of rare brake dics makes a squicking noise... really annoying. Mine friend checked pads and said they still got "meat" on it... i do hear a bit of metal griding from there aswell sometimes... ( maybe between dics and pad?)
