trickly squeaking sound

Their is a trickly squeaking sound (best way I can describe it) when you rev the engine... is not their all the time, just sometimes when you rev the engine. Not sure if its only when engine is cold, pretty sure Ive heard it when the car has been running for a while.
Any ideas?
Just had car serviced 2 weeks ago, has started since then. Got rear break calliper, new front tires and wheel alignment done a week ago, noticed it straight after this, dont tink its got anything to do with it.
