Hi Folks
My apology for not being on this for some time but i hope that all you MX5 Enthusiasts both new & old alike are keeping well. Where does one start-- Well the Winter was awlful as you all know & my little red number was tucked up safely in her garage with the hot water bottles ha ha.
I got around to doing some work underneath like body sealing etc new brakes on front & back old ones down to the metal. Re- Insured for coming year so hopefully might get to some of the meets
again. Can i say well done to Teenag for her big challenge good girl Teena. Since i last put up a post on here a lot of interesting things have happened both in the Classic Car & Motorcycle events
My 5 has been on display at many Shows & Classic Car events in 2010 and i have travelled long distances to exhibit said car and i can say that i had many an interesting conversation with people who like the MX5 . Also here in the South East we recently formed a new Club in which there are 2 MX5 owners http://www.wexfordsportsandclassiccarclub.com. a club that is dedicated to Sports & Classic Cars of all makes. Later in April we host a weekend in New Ross where Car enthusiasts from the UK & Wales will attend and i especially would like the MX5 Owners from this site to come along on the day with their pride & joy details will follow so keep watching the events page,
There is not many MX5.s exhibited at events so its about time we let the Classic & Vintage people know that there is one more to be added to their list after all we are aging a bit so get the polish out give that car a good shine let the hood down and get it admired at a show near you. well now i think its time for a tea break-- having said all that Regards to all Pat
