Had a great, and unexpected, run from Galway to Athlone yesterday. The temperature (with the heater on!) was just right so that I could drive with the roof down and without a coat on. It's days/drives like this that make the car soooooo worthwhile.

(The trip was unexpected as I was sent to a lecture in Galway, at the Ardilaun Hotel - only to arrive for the 9:45 start to be told it had happened the day before!)

Between the time I arrived (9:30ish), and returned to the car (10 o'clock) a MK2 had parked just across from me (details in the spotted section).

I parked beside a brown Lotus Elan (+2) - had a look around it, but can't remember the reg details. Any of the Galway folk seen this around?
