Hi,
I'm Ollie and i live in the Midlands and always wanted a open top roadster but did'nt wat to wind up with a over 30 year old ball o'crap that would break my heart in garage out back all the time!
So, I went for the Modern Classic that is you MX5! And I'm Thrilled with her. I searched for months for the right one and here she is -
1993 1.8 Manual Eunos in Black with only a genuine 40k on the clock from new.......full service history, loads of MOTS, a file of service invoices, BBS alloys (which i dont like, anyways), perfect tan hood and rear window, beautiful interior, Alpine stereo and 3Cd headunit - all in all - a real find.....
The car was lying up in a garage in Pjyama's for a few years bacause the lady owner passed away and her son inherited it but he had an AC cobra too - so, he said goodbye to his old mums mx5.
Drives beautifully - and came with lots of kit - like a boot luggage rack, the dust cover (the pj's),genuine euno tan leather wind breaker, new battery etc etc.
Very happy with my purchase and the wait paid off.......
Coming back the custom official at rosslare stopped me and asked me was it my car? etc.
He said in passing that he never saw so many UK cars being imported into the state in all his years......and advised me to VRT it before July and to enjoy it as it looked lovely!!!!!
I'm looking forward to a good blast with other 5's!
See ye all soon!
ps. how do ye add pics here?

Hi Ollie & Welcome,
Hope you enjoy the car, they really are wonderful. To post pics you need to host them on another site. Photobucket is one of the best knows, once you upload the images to the pohotbucket site a link to the picture is generated & you post that in to your message on the forum and presto!
Cheers
Pete

Hi Ollie - welcome to the wacky world of MX5-ers. I've no doubt you will enjoy the car.
I'm also based in the Midlands - have been buzzing round the area in a Copper Red MK3 since January....I'll look out for your car and give you a flash (ooooeeeerrrrrrr missus)
