Does this look right

Postby Pops » Mon, 20 Mar 2017 8:08 +0000

Finally got around to getting the alignment done just over a week ago but while doing it they found a rear shock leaking pretty bad, so today I replaced the bad shock (thanks robert), however I spotted the camber bolts looking lost in the collar

left rear.the one on the right is fairly similar

Don't know if it's right or not

Thanks, probably worried about nothing so. As they say, leave well enough alone.

Hard to tell from the pics but normally the are at 12oclcok position or near enough unless you have lot camber on. or something damaged etc

That's what I thought, when I replaced all the bushings & camber bolts I set them at about 12oclock with the washers in contact with the collar but when the guy was doing the alignment I could see him turning the bolts 180 degrees, totally upside down in the collar. Trying to explain to him that it was wrong wasn't good but got within specs eventually.
