Don't kid yourself a jeep is not safe very easy to flip over.
Have you looked up the NCAP rating

Yup, no doubt you do have to adjust your driving style to allow for the higher centre of gravity.

Fla must be comparing it to the '5 + his driving style ;-)

Don't buy a black 5! I had one, it was never clean.
Everyone tried to run over me cos you can't see it.
and it was a bit depressing on dark days.
It also hides alot of the shape and curves.

IF i was buying again i would go for red or white.

Well Mr. Ivan!!!!

I did actually see the rating for my Jeep and its well in the $ star area but not only that but there was one crashed in Kerry last week and I saw the photos.... Very scary..

The Jeep ploughed straight through a bunch of trees and flattened all of them.. Both ppl got out unharmed.. Jeep looked good too, well untill the fire crew cut one side of it off!

My jeep is a Jap import (like the five) Pajero in bright white.. It handles pretty good as it has different shocks etc, only thing is I have it loaded up with tools so it does through around a bit.. Saying that I have been able to through the tail out a few times which is fun considering shes over 2 and a half tonne!!! Slightly different feel to the mazda I must admit..!

But yes I have to take a sec every time I switch between the too two seters.. One I fall into go zoom zoom and have fun in, the other I climb into, put into to D for drive and cruise!

And for the record if I crashed Id rather be in the pajero I think..
