![]() Re: problems logging inWhat exactly is the problem? I have a high definition monitor and could barely make out the password. Why am I logged out regularly? Dosent happen elseware and is quite annoying. Rant over, sorry.
Re: problems logging inBelieve me, it does happen elsewhere and worse (we have some scripts/captcha in place to avoid the worse bit).
From my post earlier in this thread : "unfortunately it seems that several forums have been attacked in the same manner which involves a bot persistently trying to login to member's accounts. Our software catches this and after 3 attempts asks for the user to enter the letters from the image. They should get bored and move on after a few days." More details : http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=1947925 Yes, it is annoying. Long term project is to migrate the forum from phpBB to MyBB or similar.

![]() Re: problems logging inYes same here, I still have to log in twice EVERY time to be able to read the general chat/runs threads. Even though after I log in at the first attempt it does tell I'm logged in ok....it's just that I cant read the first 2 threads.
This happens to me even when I'm trying to log in using work computer....I still have to log in twice. Is this problem unique to me..?? I know Steve is working hard behind the scenes. Just curious to know why. Thanks. John. 1991 BRG V spec
