Waiting on him to get the engine as soon as he does we will get a date sorted out. it could well be the 2nd of august, if anyone is around then any help would be appricated.

Hi Guys......long time no post from me

been having some troubles/pc troubles also :oops:

I remember a few months ago i put a post up suggesting any member who didnt post at least once a month should be booted out! :shock:

) All i can say is im glad that i wasnt taken up on my silly rant!! (this post is sent from the kneeling position!!).
OK,onto the engine update...........i have the MX-5 engine finally after a load of trouble! I am looking for help installing it anytime from the 17th of august onwards (Ash,i must admit i am embarressed to ask you to come all the way down again after all the help you gave me last time......but if you are free from 17th on..... :wink:

) This is an open plea from a complete newbie who needs his engine in (Phworrrr!!) Heeeellllllllllllllpppppppppppppppppppp!!!!

If i was a little closer Séan and tracey wasn't so close to delivering I'd offer my NOVICE services....

I hope that dipstick is being treated well. I dont wont to hear you've gone and made it BENT....... :roll:

I just got a text from Seanie. The engine is in his kitchen....he's eating his breakfaster off it :shock:

I'm available today and tomorrow but after that I'll be working on 'my project' for about two weeks

Perhaps.....well.....maybe....TODAY we can get that sucker in ?
Asked Ash would he be available - yup.
Sent a text back to 'cinderella', if he can get the engine hoist myself and Ash will fit it so he can go to the Club Run

Oh god.... we've got another 'Cindy' in the club now :shock:

Well we were at the engine today. Its in place with new clutch etc bolted on and all bolted up to the transmission. Unfortunately one of the engine mounts snapped in half so we now have to wait for another while till that comes before we can continue to bolt everything else back on.
Getting there......slowly.
