Change to the nct rules

Anything that's not oem might not be acceptable!!!
Now i agree that some barry boys have stupid loud exhausts and also that if they are making a nuisance of themselves in McDonald's carpark or late at night then the Gaurds should have the power to do something but to ban all aftermarket stuff is just plain madness and nothing at all to do with car safety which i thought the nct was all about.
