MX5 1.6 And 1.8 info

Just looking for some information on the two different engine size's

First off if i stayed N/A what power can each engine make with just say bolt's on for a start exhaust cold air feed's that kind of stuff.

Then if i was to go for forced induction Turbo/Supercharger which engine is better wand roughly what kinda power do they make without majour work?

Which is more reliable?

Im presuming it's going to be go N/A with the 1.8 and Boost the 1.6 but would like abit more info is the 1.8 just going to take ridcolous work to make good power N/A or maybe not.

Im liking the tought of a tidy N/A with abit of power. Considering buying an MX5 atm that's why im posting this to help with a decision.
