some pretty bad flooding in Salthill last night, same (but not as bad) out where we are, 2ft of water on the roads in places we'd not seen flooding before. The high tide this eve should be fun. Snow/hail on the cars this morning too.

At times like this I'm glad to be living inland and well above the flood plain of any river... this will ruin many a person's Christmas.
