Military Vehicle Show this Sunday

Postby leamyj » Fri, 09 May 2008 12:22 +0000

The MMVCI (MILITARY MOTOR VEHICLE CLUB OF IRELAND) are holding a show this Sunday at the rear of the Curragh Racecourse in Kildare.

Great selection of WW2 and subsequent equipment, right up to the modern vehicles used by todays army.
Last year they had the new helicopters from the Air Corps on static display

Well worth a visit if you have nothing else to do.

John

Ah yes.. but Kildare people are a rebellious lot
We don't let the authorities dictate to us.
Beal na Blath was only a picnic , and since half the military might? of the armed forces is in and around Newbridge, we get away with a lot!

Up the revolution
