Just wondering what are the highest mileage mk1's out there on original engines and gearboxes.
I'm at 315000 km (195k miles) turbo'd since 2008 and going strong, nct'd recently.

After 35 views and no responses I guess I must have the highest mileage on the forum. What a fantastic car it just keeps on going and never ceases to put a smile on your face.
So who has the lowest mileage Mk1 on original engine and gearbox?

How many of them miles did you put on it?

got it at 120,000km so almost 200,000km

Mines probably average with 130,000 km on what I believe is original setup.

I got mine at 122,000km and its at 190,000km. Put them up over two and half years.
