Anyone have any contacts for decent, reliable, house builder for small bungalow near Swords Co Dublin for myself.I have some contacts but not liking to try other builders that come without some sort of reference.Might suit builders from Cavan or Wexford etc as costs seem to be less than Dublin builders.Its 3 months approx job ,hoping to start in next few months. Planning is granted so nearly ready to go.Its build in corner garden of another house I own already in Kinsealy ,Swords. 086 8226506.Thanks

Sorted, I have deal done with Shaun Mc Colgan t/a Modern Timber Frame from Letterkenny. Hopefully all goes well. Done bit research on their backround ,not too bad.
