So, you found a grand down the back of the sofa!

Postby Stig » Tue, 08 Jul 2008 11:28 +0000

how would you spend it on your car?

me - I'd get those nice new rims I've been meaning to buy.
Then, i'd get a professional valet and detail done.
Then, i'd get the timing belt (and all the gubbinzzz's done)
New headunit and maybe if there is money left over some leather seats.

YOU?

think you are dreaming there.... a proper valet / detail would cost well
over 1,000 euro.

I have actually just spent well over a grand on her.. This is all I got

New Hood
Race leads
Good Plugs
New indicator lights
handbrake cables all 3
Drilled and vented discs all round
Green stuff pads all round
Bushings
Electric window regulator

After that, valet and good good mechanic.. Think it'll come to around 1200

Thats what I did.....
