Damp, damp, damp......

Hi guys,

I've a (silly) question to ask.... over the last couple of weeks I've noticed that my car is steaming up quite badly when it is in anyway warm outside. I suspect I need to get the seals replaced for where the hood meets the window tops but does anyone know of a short term measure to take the damp out?

Cheers

Try switching on the engine and run the heater at full blast for a while..... :?: :?: :?:

Yea, have been having the heater on full blast when driving (feet melting kind of, but very much worth it!) but might leave it running in the driveway for a while this evening........

Cheers Stephen,

switch the air con on if you have it.
make sure the blower is not on recirclation
that it's taking air from the outside.
also close your vents at night.

Thanks Ivan, will try that also

Weather looks nice so far today, might be an evening for a drive with the hood down

clean out your rear drain holes too if you haven't already done so.
