heheh love those angled dials too.

Especially useful on hard left-hand corners I'd imagine. ;-)

T-cut, waxed and polished the car like crazy at the weekend. But had to park miles away today when I got in (late) to work. Means I can't peek out the window to enjoy my had work!
Climbed Elbrus, Island Peak, Kilimanjaro, Elgon, Everest BC, Mulhacen, Elgon, Kayaked the Liffey to the Nile, swam the Liffey, the Lee & packed ten triathlons into a year... catch me blogging on: http://www.teenagates.com

Took out the window guides (both sides) and cleaned the years of gunk out of them (lots!). Regreased, refitted ... still not great but will go up and down slowly.. time to wire the switches direct to the battery.

would you consider converting to wind up windows? or is it a lot of hassles?

Isn't it a sure sign of how things are right now. What would you have sold the same car for, say, two years ago?? a LOT more than £800 I'd imagine. However, there's not too many cars out there that can claim to be desirable after17-18 years on the road.

New set of front Discs and EBC Pads fitted, washed and waxed, new Cd player and Speakers fitted so Hells Bells sounds as it should now.

Pulled up the yellow pully thingy in the engine bay............ the goldie stuff didn't go far up the thing with the yellow pully thingy on it.....so went to the petrol station and bought more goldie stuff 10W 40 and poured it in a hole that said oil, then the thingy with the yellow pully thing on it showed I had put enough goldie stuff in the engine thingy!!
Where did all the old goldie stuff go  put some in there over a year ago!
