Belfast to Dublin via the coast roads from Dundalk onwards. A nice change.

Am trying to tune the car at the moment so need to see if I'm running rich/lean easily, so wired in a LED Panel to read the volts from the (WB)O2 sensor :

Got halfway through changing the clutch lines + slave cylinder before an "almost" rounded off bolt (slave lower bolt) + rain drove me indoors.
New clutch line + adaptor on the slave.

That lower bolt was a nightmare to get out.. t'was in way too tight. Got it out eventually with big help from Jay (thanks again Jay!), put in the new one + new line + bled. Feels fab so far, will get it out for a spin tomorrow.

Changed out the trans fluid today (the cowboy way!!!) and my god what a difference. Car had been slipping during take off and changes were a little jerky. It now pulls away cleanly ever time and changes are much smoother. Had a really good blast round country lanes in it this evening and it felt the best its been for a long time.
Also gave it a mammoth clean in prep for this weekend (I would have been ashamed of it the way it was)
All is looking good now. 8)
