well if the hard tops fit both, I'm imagining the soft tops do too..but what would I know :D

yup , provided you fit the mk1 frame aswell

the only thing you wont have , obviously the heated rear window and on the mk2 hood there is an earth switch on the passenger side to turn off the hrw when the hood is down
