Was looking gunmetal or bronze/gold. They the only ones that go with it I think. Got really lucky with these.

Nice job Deivis. You can pick up mazda center cap stickers on eBay handy enough.

Not quite what I did today, but last Monday..water pump failed after 30 mins on the track, '91 red, not really surprised given that the car has been laid up for some time. Luckily I only live 20 mins from track so was able to get the car home and change over to the '98 black and back on the track in just about an hour!!( well I wasn't in the mood to forfeit the cost of the full day!)..Saving now for new pump and may as well do the timing belt while I'm in there!!! That said, the '91 red performed flawlessly for those 30 mins, really happy that I managed to bring it back to life...

Thanks Alan. Might leave centre caps the way they are just get lug nuts.

rear driver's side brake was dragging (wheel getting v.hot).
Did some slathering, adjusted it, tested, problem worse. Did more adjustment, seems much better but not convinced its fixed completely yet.

Do pads move easy inside caliper? Had same problem. Pads where too tight no way would move.

On the back of the rear calipers there is an adjuster located in a hole. To get to it you need to remove the cap on the hole, which is a 14 mm bolt. Don't try pushing them back without loosening this first as you'll strip the teeth on it. When the bolt is out, use an Allen key to wind out the adjuster.

need to look at my rear brakes, they're wearing at a taper, must be the slider pins, do you just cover them in copper grease?

Clean the slider pins first to remove any grit or dirt.
